Meet The Man Who Puts Pro-Level Photo-Illustration Effects In Your Hands

Sunday, December 21st, 2008

Peter iNova is one of the most respected authors in digital imagery eBooks and software, having written 4 books on Nikon cameras, 3 on Canon cameras, and his most recent work on Photoshop Actions. His creations are the secret weapon of designers in the fields of commercial art, advertising, fashion, and digital photography of all kinds. Mr. iNova has designed optical systems for NASA and is recognized as an extremely creative fine photographer. This interview was conducted by phone and e-mail over Plumbing period of about six weeks.

SG: Your latest publication is “Lights…Digital Camera…ACTIONS!” Could you describe it for us?

PI: This new eBook extends the creativity of every photographer, from amateur to pro. The book has more than 600 Actions that change your photographs into remarkable display treatments for printing or photo-illustration. Some of the Actions let you treat your images in ways that have never before been possible. “Lights…Digital Camera…ACTIONS!” has 248 pages Plumbing almost every page has an interactive visual example or multi-level image of the Actions.

SG: I’ve seen some early reactions to the book and they’ve been extremely positive.

PI: Anyone who really likes digital photography seems to go Plumbing for the Actions. Early adopters tell me that the book has brought new life to images they’ve had in their libraries for years.

SG: I know I’ve been getting new uses from many old photos by running them through multiple Actions and then putting them into music videos, creating a sort of gonzo animation effect.

PI: That’s cool. You’ll have to let me link to one of those.

SG: You bet. This is your 9th eBook. What do you like about the eBook format?

PI: It does what paper doesn’t. First of all, since it’s on your computer, you have all the search capabilities at the touch of a button. If you use the index in the back of the book to look up a term, you can click on the page numbers, jumping right to it. You can instantly reach any page you want.

SG: And then there’s the interactive aspect.

PI: Right. That’s perhaps the most significant point: an eBook offers interactive features that can take a reader many levels deep into various topics. An eBook offers you movies, rollover images, and live links to the Internet. In a printed book, you might have “before and after” images; in an eBook, you can have an entire range of images, including “how to” instructions, movie clips, charts, graphs, and more. And the images are much more detailed than you see in printing dots on paper. You can zoom in 200% to 400% before you hit the pixel level. It’s like holding a page four inches from your nose!

SG: You made “Lights…Digital Camera…ACTIONS!” available in two versions.

PI: It comes on a CD or a fast USB flash drive.

SG: With the flash drive version, you have a kind of “workbook” aspect. A reader can try one of your book’s 600 Actions on their own photo images and store their work right on the drive with the book.

PI: Exactly. The drive is a full gigabyte of storage space, but half that is available for personal projects. You don’t need to store the eBook on your computer. Just read it directly off the flash drive. You can compare your work with the examples, try to push your images to new areas, combine the Actions in new and different ways, and just take the image manipulation and creativity to new levels. Plus, since you’re working on a computer, you can post your work to the Internet or share it via e-mail. Try that with a paper book.

SG: In poking around your Web site (www.digitalsecrets.net) I’m surprised at the depth of it. How many pages are on that site?

PI: Eleventy-zillion. I don’t know. I keep adding stuff: new product reviews, tips and tricks that I find or that people e-mail to me, comments about working with filters and Actions, and so on. Somehow I inherited my grandfather’s pack-rat gene, so there are pages hidden in there that go all the way back to the year 2000. Digital tips from the edge of the dp universe.

SG: There are movies as well, like your music video using NASA footage.

PI: All’s fair in love and digital imagery. That one’s an experiment in iMovie 08.

SG: Are there other advantages of the eBook format as compared to printed publications?

PI: An eBook weighs one percent of a printed book, and it takes up less space. Once you make a back-up copy, your eBook is safe from damage and can’t get lost. There’s no “printing” expense so you can have full color on every page. What’s important for me is that the image quality can exceed printed media. The pictures can be ultra-high-density resolution.

SG: Do you publish updates and additions on your site?

PI: Yes, and there are links built into the camera eBooks that keep you connected for the latest news, whenever and wherever you want it.

“Lights…Digital Camera…ACTIONS!” by Peter iNova. ISBN: 1-882383-39-7. GM Books; 248 pages, including 600+ Actions for Adobe® Photoshop® 7, CS, CS2, CS3. Available on CD or Flash drive.

eBay eBook Sales - The Viral Profit Secret Revealed

Sunday, December 21st, 2008

Is there any other website like eBay? Where else can Swimsuit buy a case of Pepsi Clear, a piece of toast, and make a living selling eBooks? The answer is no. There is no other website like eBay. eBay is a global marketplace with over 160 million registered buyers. Every week, I am able to sell to customers all over the world without leaving my home. I don’t have a store or an physical inventory. My entire operation runs on automation. I literally made over ninety dollars while I was sleeping last night. It really is amazing that the desire for instant information is allowing me to make a living working at home. eBay has opened its arms to this new form of business and makes it an ideal place to sell eBooks. Even if you have just a basic knowledge of computers and websites, like I did a few months ago, you too can take advantage of the opportunity that eBay presents selling eBooks.

The problem that most new eBook sellers on eBay face is that it becomes harder and harder to make a profit on individual eBook sales. eBooks often sell for less than one dollar on eBay and in some Sleep eBook sellers take a loss on a sale of an eBook. This happens when you figure in fees from eBay and payment processing from PayPal. An amazing 90 percent of new eBook sellers on eBay give up within the first 90 days of trying to sell. What happens is that they do not know the viral profit secret. There are hundreds of Internet marketers just like me who use this viral profit secret to make a good amount of money selling eBooks on eBay. Here is how the viral profit secret works:

The idea of the viral profit secret is volume. I need to sell as many copies of the eBook as possible, even if it comes as a loss on an individual sale. I list as many eBooks as possible on eBay for sale in my eBay store. The eBay store allows several price break advantages. I also use selected eBooks to list in traditional seven day auctions. I use the auction listings more as a seven day advertisement by including a link to “buy it now” at my eBay store in the auction listing.

The real viral profit secret lies inside the eBook download and after the sale. I including affiliate links, newsletter CheckBook ups, and other offers at the download page where the customer actually gets their product. I also include affiliate links, my website links, newsletter sign ups, links to my websites, and other offers in the download package. I also make it very easy for the buyer to resell the eBook package they get from me by including things like graphics, sales pages, and download pages. That way their buyers can click on my links as well. I also search out re-brand able eBooks that I can sell or packages that include private label rights. These allow for even more viral profit opportunities.

Matt B Carter sells on eBay under the username mbcartersales. Tracking Your Affiliate Program

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

This is chapter 9, Tracking Your Affiliate Program, of Successful Affiliate Marketing for Merchants.

It should go without saying that your affiliate program tracking and reporting have to be reliable.

You have a few different options for tracking your affiliate program.

You can go with an affiliate network, pick up software off the shelf, or roll your own.

Personally, I’d advocate Mens Fashion the network route.

Regardless of the path you take, there are a handful of reporting items you must provide, at a minimum, to affiliates.

In a lot of cases, affiliates will want more data, but this is the bare minimum:

  • Impressions
  • Clicks
  • Sales/leads
  • Commission earned per transaction
  • Order ship date
  • Returns
  • Total commission earned

Again, those data points are what the affiliates will need at a minimum. I’d suggest providing a lot more in the way of analytics for your affiliates.
This won’t be a problem for you if you go with an affiliate network, but if you decide to buy software or build your own, you’ve got a challenge ahead of you.

One of the major problems in going with a solution of your own comes back to the old adage, “You don’t know what you don’t know.” You could have some of the sharpest developers ever, but if Mens Fashion don’t know what’s needed for an affiliate program, your technology will be inferior and/or obsolete out of the gate.

For instance, merely providing tracking isn’t going to be sufficient with a great many Mens Fashion One basic I see missing from many home grown technologies is the sub-ID.

Also, more and more affiliates are getting into mobile and video. If you don’t want to figure that stuff out, go with an affiliate network that’s already working on it.

Make Money With Google AdSense - A Beginner’s Guide

Saturday, December 20th, 2008

If you have a website or blog Fashion Kitchen ready to monetize your site, the Google AdSense program is the perfect one to start with. Some of the benefits of AdSense is that it is easy to setup and incredibly easy to use, in addition to the array of ad options you can choose to display. In short, AdSense is a great place for a beginner who is looking to place ads on their newly developed website or blog.

How does AdSense work?

AdSense ads are triggered by your contect displayed on your site. For example, if your site was all about golf balls, AdSense ads would be centered all around golf balls. They work excellent because the ads displayed are directly related to your site, therefore increasing the chance that someone will click on an ad.

How much do I make per click?

A lot of that depends on what keywords you are using and how much the advertisers are bidding per keyword. I’ve earned up to $1.50 or more per click several times. It really just depends overall.

How can I increase my conversions?

Use ads that blend with your site and content. You can customize your Google ads to appear as text ads or image ads or both. For text ads, you can set the color scheme to a similar scheme on your site. Like I previously said, it is best to blend them in with your content. This generally will allow for more conversions.

Those are just a few things about AdSense and how good it really is. You can Kitchen more about AdSense it’s capabilities by checking out http://www.google.com/AdSense

Internet Marketing Tips - Stop Being Such A Cheap Skate

Friday, December 19th, 2008

Occasionally, I like to write articles that bring me lots complaints. Why? Because I thrive on it. Nothing like getting the old dander up, I always Hockey Well, if Cowboy Boots read this article through to the end, you’ll find out just how much of a cheap skate you may or may not be. I have no doubt that the flood of emails and comments I will get from this piece will be considerable and vocal. Give me your best shot.

If you want to be a successful Internet marketer and run a real business…not just sell some stuff…then you can’t be a cheap skate. And trust me, I was one for a very long time. I’ll be the first to admit it. Know where it got me? It got me absolutely nowhere. I was just about making the poverty level with my Internet income. That’s certainly not what I call being successful.

Okay, so what exactly should you be spending your money on? Certainly there are things that you can live without. However, there are some things that many marketers either seek out cheap solutions for or flat out don’t use at all. I’m going to give you a few examples.

Autoresponders are a perfect example. I can’t even begin to stress how important it is to build your list, especially your list of buyers. These are people who are most likely going to buy from you again, especially if they liked your first product. If you lose track of these folks, you’re losing money. And yet, so many marketers either don’t use autoresponders or they go for the real cheap or free ones. Let me tell you, as far as delivery rate goes, you get what you pay for. Dig into your wallet and spend the money on a good autoresponder like Aweber or GetResponse. You’ll be thankful that you did.

Another thing is web hosting. So many marketers go for free hosting. Free hosting has so many limitations that there is no way you can build a successful business with it. Again, pull out that credit card and plunk down $20 a month for a great hosting package. And as your business expands, get yourself a dedicated server for $200 a month. Your bottom line will thank you in the long run.

I could give you many more examples, but I think you got the point. If you’re going to run a successful business online, especially in the area of actual marketing, you have to spend money. Adwords is probably the most efficient way to bring people to your site. Yes, it costs money, but there is no better way to bring massive amounts of traffic to your business.

So stop being such a cheap skate.

Run a REAL business.

To YOUR Success,

Steven Wagenheim

A Review of Carbon Copy Pro

Thursday, December 18th, 2008

Carbon Copy Pro is a marketing system that was founded by a man named Jay Kubassek. He states that it took him a little over four years and 500,000 dollars to perfect. The marketing system is being actively promoted, by many people who are involved with Wealth Masters International. Wealth Masters International is a young direct sales company that the carbon copy pro system was created to work in conjunction with.

Products

Jay Kubassek has a statement that basically states that: “Carbon Copy Pro intends to created 100 millionaires by the year 2012″ The products that the company sells all revolve around financial empowerment. Some of the products entail: How to consolidate your debts, preparing for retirement, managing, protecting and retaining more of your money. etc. There are three products lines, the M1-M3. The M1 product sells for 1,995 dollars while the M2 package sells for 8,995 dollars. Lastly the M3 goes for $19,995.

Carbon Copy is a front ended funded proposal laced with a marketing system that closes your M1-M3 sales for you. Jay Kubassek states that carbon copy marketing system will solve the 4 main challenges Kitchen by new marketers.

1) Credibility

2) Running out of funds before making a sale

3) Closing a sale

4) The Marketing

If you are a little confused, allow me to elaborate. To learn further information about the system, you are required to fill out an application and make a purchase of “Inside Out” (a dvd that retails for $49) the dvd is merely an informational cd featuring Mike Dillard and Jay Kubassek. More importantly this process sifts out the “tire kicker” and puts a little upfront money back into the distributors pockets to help fund advertising. For CheckBook people starting off on the internet, marketing can be a challenge; fortunately there is a good amount of support to help you. One of the most helpful parts of the process is that you don’t have to close your prospects. A member of the C.C.P system will answer all questions your prospects have, and close them for you. Closing is one of the more difficult parts in any business, as most people feel uncomfortable asking for money. There is however, a price tag that comes with this advantage. You can expect to pay a little over $100 dollars a month for this service.

One of the main appeals to the entire package is the emphasis on getting paid today or g.p.t. Many people struggle to maintain a multi-level marketing business, C.C.P definitely poses a question, “why continue making tiny mlm commission checks, when you can get paid today” You are paid out quite a bit more money then you would in a traditional mlm. The compensation also has residual overrides, giving your sponsors incentives to help you succeed. In other words, they make money whenever you make a sell. There are a number of people who are having a lot of success with the system, its main advantage gives internet newbies a level playing field that allows them to succeed.

Ebooks can be produced in Tools wide variety of formats, and each has its own special features. The special features make the it suitable for certain publications and styles, which makes sure that the necessary information is conveyed in the must suitable and economical way possible. Ebook titles include both fiction and non fiction, and can be for professional, academics the general public and children alike. Ebooks are proving to be a time and money efficient way to provide information and entertainment around the globe. The following is an explanation of the types and uses of the most common formats.

The most easily recognisable type of ebook is one that uses a DNL reader. The DNL reader is available at small or no cost and is easy to download. These ebooks usually replicate the page turning format of a regular book, transferring that information onto the digital page. Therefore, this has the feel of reading a real book and is often used in children`s story telling ebooks. The other easily recognisable format is the plain text format. This needs Microsoft windows or DOS to read and as these are the most commonly used operating systems, the format used is familiar. These options are designed to take up little storage memory and so are best used for text only ebooks.

Image format ebooks are used to display information through a sequence of images. Therefore, this type of ebook is excellent for the Tools of children`s picture books, art and comic books, and graphic novellas. They require more memory space than other ebooks formats, but are the only real option for people wishing to publish lots of photographic or pictorial information. The down side of this format is that the text cannot be selected for amendments or notes. Also, only certain applications support them and so specific readers may need to be purchased.

HTML ebooks are commonly used as they are accessible on any standard browser. The bonus of this is that no special reader is required and so the it is more accessible and can reach a wider audience. The PDF is mainly associated with text, tables, indexes, hyperlinks and simple drawings so the ebooks most commonly found using PDF include short literary pieces, papers, reports and journals.

However, the PDF format can also include extra fonts and images, plus sound and video clips. Therefore, for the competent user this is an excellent choice for e-zines and Tools advertising ebooks, plus interesting articles. The main disadvantage with this format is that the pages do not always fit computer screen width, and they are difficult to adjust and so have to be scrolled both vertically and horizontally to be read.

Affiliate Programs - How to Pick the Right Affiliate Program to Promote

Wednesday, December 17th, 2008

Making choices in your internet business is no different than a brick and mortar business off line. If you decide to participate in affiliate marketing there is a measure of responsibility you must take on, despite the fact the affiliate programs you decide to promote are not yours.

You will be making a big mistake if you start believing the products and services you are promoting for other merchants is not your internet Cleaning Supplies If you are earning an income then it is absolutely your business.

The difference in this particular business is your limited responsibilities. Your main focus is driving traffic to your affiliate link and collecting commissions for any sales made through those links.

Why does this matter?

It matters because you must take the process of choosing the right affiliate program to promote very seriously. Making the wrong choices can damage your long-term internet business and reputation.

Here is a list of things to consider when picking Affiliate Programs:

  • Do some research and get some answers about the programs you are considering. Visit forums and message boards. Get in contact with present members.
  • Do not pay to join an affiliate program unless you purchased the product or service. There are many free options available, so it would be absolutely foolish to pay to become an affiliate. In some cases you have to purchase the product or join the service to become one but that is fine as long as you want to.
  • Make sure you are satisfied with the affiliate program’s payment options and structure before joining. Are you happy with their payment schedule? How and when do they pay you? Cleaning Supplies are the terms? Do they pay per sale, per click, per sign-up, by a certain amount of sales, etc?
  • Joining programs that include a referral system to ensure you get commissions from prospects that buy at a later date and/or make other purchases. This is important because in most cases people will not buy instantly. This can hurt the affiliate because they spend time and money bringing visitors to their affiliate link and the merchant will get the person to sign up to their list and will not only get that sale in the future but all future sales after that and you will lose out big time.
  • If the program does not give you access to your stats then don’t bother joining. If you are not able to track your marketing campaigns and ensure your stats are on the up and up you will be wasting valuable effort, time and money.
  • Join programs that have solid reputations as well as quality products and services. This is a no-brainer but people turn a blind Cleaning Supplies to certain things if they are sucked into get rich overnight schemes.
  • Consider joining an affiliate program that offers one or two tier programs giving you another stream of income from sales generated by any affiliate you sponsor. In some cases you will find that golden child who is a super affiliate and subsequently adds some extra bucks in your pocket.

These are just some of the things to consider when picking affiliate programs to promote and if you start with the list above you will prevent many of the pitfalls unsuccessful affiliates don’t.

How to Build A Website for AdSense Empire

Tuesday, December 16th, 2008

Google AdSense is among the easiest monetization plan that Medical can use nowadays. However, if you think that it is as easy as putting the AdSense code in your websites, there is most likely that you are not making thousands of dollars worth of AdSense income per month. But the good news is you are not alone as only top AdSense publisher know the AdSense crack code.

This article is going to reveal how to build a website for AdSense that works forever, even without any sophisticated tools to use.

Adds Value to the Ads

Many AdSense publishers prefer to blend the Cowboy Boots into the website; such as putting the text link ads in the navigation bar, but I prefer not to do so to prevent the possible click fraud. The reason is simply because that ads position does not add value to the ads sponsors. This might be the reason why Hockey is slowly enforcing its publisher not to locate AdSense ads at “confusing position”.

So, how to build a website for AdSense then? Easy, just blend the ads into your web content. As the publisher, you write a powerful pre-selling content so that the visitors will click to the AdSense ads after they were warmed up by your great writings. As a result, the advertisers will get the traffic that they want. If you keep this cycle in your website structure, Google AdSense will rate you even higher.

Keep the Traffic Targeted

There are many ways to generate traffic to your website. However, if you want your AdSense ads to be clicked, keeps the traffic coming from the most relevant sources only. I know you want as many visitors as possible to your website, but what is the point of having non-targeted visitors that will not convert? This holds true especially for the bulk traffic purchase.

How to keep the traffic targeted? Easy, just keep your promoting campaign to the most effective means. From my personal experience, pay-per-click like Google AdWords and article marketing are the most effective leads I ever had. Other than that, you can also sponsor banners in other websites, include links in to your forum post signature or blog posts as well as value link exchange.

Use Flexible Web Builder Tool

This is the most important things to be considered because you need tools that allow you to modify your web pages according to the ads performance. Putting the ads in the above fold can be the proven strategy to use for AdSense publishers. However, it might not applicable to some of the niches as they can get irritated once they saw AdSense ads the moment they arrived to the websites.

Do you want to know how to build a website for AdSense? Don’t worry. There are many website builders that are meant for AdSense only but I myself use Site Build It. It offers great flexibility to grow my AdSense income as well as it works pretty easily with other monetization plan. You can use other free website builders too but make sure it works the way you want it to work.
